This Privacy Policy explains how TrackerMax collects, uses, and safeguards your data. TrackerMax is owned and operated by Zee Palm, LLC, located at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor Suite #1004, New York 10013, United States.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

Name, email address and account login credentials.
Payment information for package subscriptions (processed securely through third-party services).

1.2 Fitness and Activity Data

Workout routines, performance metrics, and progress tracking details.

1.3 Device and Usage Information

Device type, operating system, app usage statistics, and IP address.

1.4 Location Data

Optional: Real-time location data to enhance personalized fitness recommendations.

2. How We Use Your Information

Deliver and improve our services.
Track and analyze fitness progress.
Provide customer support.
Send important updates, newsletters, and promotional materials (you may opt-out at any time).

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We may share your information with:

Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

5. Data Retention

We retain different categories of data for the following periods:

Account and profile information (name, email address, login credentials) and fitness and activity data (workout routines, performance metrics, progress history) are retained for as long as your account remains active.
Device, usage, and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months from collection, after which it is deleted or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you.
Purchase and transaction records are retained for as long as required to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted from our production systems within 30 days. Residual copies held in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. We may retain aggregated or anonymized statistics that can no longer be linked to you.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are three ways to request deletion:

In the app: open Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, and workout data.
On the web: visit delete-trackermax.web.app and follow the instructions to request deletion of your account and data without reinstalling the app.
By email: send a request to contact@zeepalm.com from the email address linked to your account. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; please cancel it in your store account settings. We may retain limited records where required by law, as described in Section 5.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access, update, or delete your personal information.
Object to or restrict processing.
Request data portability.

8. Children's Privacy

TrackerMax is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
